Understanding Outbound Status Flow

When your product is in the goods out process(outbound), it will be in a different stage (we call this a Status).
This diagram shows how the shipment progresses through Canary7, some statuses can be unchecked if not needed for your outflow process.
In-Pool Status
The In-Pool Status is when your shipment has been added to Canary7, it will be within the Shipment Planner Pool tab, where it will be waiting for the user to send it to the Wave.

In-Wave Status
The In-Wave Status is when your shipment is awaiting to be run, the wave is essentially a flow of instructions to follow after the user initiates the wave.
Running the Wave of a Shipment
Pick Pending Status
The product has just been released from the Shipment Planner and is now within the Picking stage, it will be in this status until the picker has retrieved the product using Picking Job Execution.
Consolidation Pending Status
The Pickers have just picked the product from storage, and it is awaiting consolidation, where they will be told what area to place the product. This is used so that products picked can be placed together depending on what order they belong. The product will stay in this status until the user undergoes the Consolidation Job Execution.
Pack Pending Status
The order has been sent to its packing location, and it's waiting to be packed the product will remain in this status until Packing Job Execution has been completed.
Staging Pending Status
The Shipment has been retrieved and is awaiting the user to place the products in the staging area, it will be in this status until the user has done the Staging Job Execution.
Consigning Pending
The product is now awaiting to be consigned, it will be in this status until the user has completed the Consigning Job Execution.
Awaiting Dispatch Confirmation
The Product will stay in this status up to the point when the product has been dispatched, and this is confirmed.
Loading Pending
This Product (if required) is waiting to be loaded onto a trailer and will stay in this status until the user has completed the Loading Job Execution.
How to use Loading Job Execution
Closed
This is the final status within the outbound flow, which means no more executions can be performed on this shipment. The shipment cannot be amended or deleted at this stage.
