    Understanding Item Group

    What is Item Group?

    Item Group is a way of categorizing items, each item group only needs to be created once and items can be assigned to item groups.

    Accessing Item Group

    Within the Navigation menu, click on the search bar and type ''Item Group'' and click on "Item Group". Item Group is also in Configuration, under Functional Area Setup > Inventory Control Setup > Item Group.

    Adding an Item Group

    Click on the Red Action Buttonred action button, this will bring up a drop-down menu, and select "Add"

    Enter Required Field

    Enter the name of the item group and give a description if needed.

    Once you have selected and entered the required fields, click on the submit buttonsubmit button(1) to add.
