Understanding Inventory Logs 

What are Inventory Logs

Inventory Logs provide a detailed record of all inventory movements within the system. They are essential for inventory tracking, allowing users to view when, where, and how inventory has changed, ensuring full traceability and audit readiness.

Accessing Inventory Logs

To access Inventory Logs:

  • Go to the Navigation Menu.

  • In the Search Bar, type "Inventory Logs", then click on the result.

  • Alternatively, navigate to Logs > Inventory Logs.

Finding Information within Inventory Logs

Use the search panel to filter and locate specific inventory transactions. You can search using the following fields:

  • Transaction Type

  • Start Date / End Date

  • Item

  • Company

  • Location

  • Warehouse

  • User

  • Reference

  • Batch Number

  • Container Number

  • Inventory ID

search icon Tip: Click the Search icon after searching in order to further refine your search 

Once you have entered all the information, you need to find your results click on the search buttonsearch button to continue.

Each search will return a list of matching transactions, with the following details displayed:

  • Inventory ID

  • Item Code

  • Location Code

  • Transaction Type

  • Transaction Time

  • Quantity

  • Unit of Measure

  • Company Code

  • Warehouse Code

  • Direction (To/From)

  • Reference

  • User Name

  • Batch Number

  • Container Number

  • Reason Code

  • Comment


To refine your search, click the Search icon again and enter new or additional criteriasearch icon
