    Understanding Cycle Count Profile

    What is Cycle Count Profile?

    A predetermined set of configurations that will alter the user selections for completing a Cycle Count Job Execution.

    Accessing Cycle Count Profile

    Within the Navigation menu, click on the search bar, type "Cycle Count Profile", and click "Cycle Count Profile". Cycle Count Profile is also in Configuration, under Functional Area Setup > Cycle Count Setup > Cycle Count Profile.

    Add Cycle Count Profile

    Click on the Red Action Buttonred action button, this will bring up a drop-down menu, and select "Add"

    Enter in Mandatory Fields

    1.  Name

    2. Initiation Method

      1.  Auto

      2.  Job Number (User will have to input the Cycle Count Job Number to initiate the count).

    Select Job Zones

    cc profile job zone

    Select the relevant Job Zones which the Profile is able to access (Zone guide).

    Select Job Types

    cc profile job type

    Select the relevant Job Types which the Profile is able to access (Job Type guide). These are a list of Cycle Count Templates.


    Once you have selected and entered the required fields, click on the submit buttonsubmit button(1) to add.
