    Understanding Cycle Count Template

    What is Cycle Count Template?

    It is an arranged data set that all Cycle Counts will follow when selected. Its primary purpose is to prevent the user from typing in the same data continuously every time there is a new Cycle Count.

    Accessing Cycle Count Template

    Within the Navigation menu, click on the search bar, type "Cycle Count Template", and click "Cycle Count Template". Cycle Count Template is also in Configuration, under Functional Area Setup > Cycle Count Setup > Cycle Count Template.

    Add Cycle Count Template

    Click on the Red Action Buttonred action button, this will bring up a drop-down menu, and select "Add"

    Enter Required Fields

    Enter and select the following:

    1. Name
    2. Item SelectionAdd an Item Selection
    3. Location SelectionAdd a location selection

    Ensure that active checkedis checked so that your template will appear in Canary7.

    Once you have selected and entered the required fields, click on the submit buttonsubmit button(1) to add.
