    Understanding Contract

    What is Contract?

    Contract is used to assign the rates to a company and warehouse within the Canary7; different warehouses will use different contracts but can be under the same company.

    Accessing Contract

    Within the Navigation menu, click on the search bar, type ''Contract'' and click on "Contract". Contract is also in Billing > Contract.


    Adding a Contract

    Click on the Red Action Buttonred action button, this will bring up a drop-down menu, and select "Add"

    Complete the General Tab

    select company and warehouse

    Select the following:

    1. The Company
    2. Warehouse

    Complete the Rate Card Tab

    Rate card add

    Click on the Red Action Buttonred action button, this will bring up a drop-down menu, and select "Add" within the Rate Card Tab.

    Use the drop-down menu to select your rate card and click on the submit buttonsubmit button(1) to add.

    Multiple rate cards

    You can add as many rate cards to a contract as you like, following the same steps above. Note: you cannot add the same rate card twice.
