    Understanding Print Node Account

    What is Print Node Account?

    It is how Print Node will quickly and securely print the documents you want from Canary7. Print node is a third-party application natively and seamlessly integrated into Canary7.

    Accessing Print Node Account

    Within the Navigation menu, click on the search bar, type ''Print Node Account'' and click on "Print Node Account". Print Node Account is also in Configuration, under System Setup > Print Node Account.

    Adding a Print Node Account

    Click on the Red Action Buttonred action button, this will bring up a drop-down menu, and select "Add"

    Enter Required Fields

    Enter the following:

    1. Username
    2. Password

    You can select the Company and Warehouse if needed.

    Once you have selected and entered the required fields, click on the submit buttonsubmit button(1) to add.


    Click on the Sync button

    This is to ensure any changed print settings are now updated

    Getting the Print Node API Key

    Locate your print node account, click on the three dots and click "edit".

    You will now see the API key as shown.
