Getting DHL eCommerce Credentials

These credentials will be provided to you by DHL eCommerce. If you do not have these credentials, please get in touch with DHL eCommerce where you can find their details here:

You will need the following: 

• Integration Name
• Client ID
• Client Secret
• Pickup Account Number 
• Customer Account Number

Adding a DHL eCommerce Carrier Integration

Within Carrier, click on the Red Action Button, this will bring up a drop-down menu, and select "Add." 

Selecting the DHL eCommerce Integration

Follow these steps:

1. Enter the Default trading name
2. Select Carrier Integration
3. Click on "Connect"

Select the Carrier Integration

Enter Carrier Credentials

Enter the following:

1. Integration name
2.  client_id
3. client_secret
4.  pickup_account_number
5. customer_account_number

Click on Connect to finish the carrier integration.
