Getting DHL Credentials
These credentials will be provided to you by DHL. If you do not have these credentials, please get in touch with DHL where you can find their details here:

You will need the following:
- Integration Name
- Username
- Password
- Account Number
You can optionally add the following:
- Company Name
- Address
- City
- Postcode
- Country Code
- EORI
- Billing Account Number
- Shipment Type
- Phone Number
- Trader Type
- Importer/Exporter
- VAT
Adding a DHL Carrier Integration
Within Carrier, click on the Red Action Button. This will bring up a drop-down menu, and select "Add."
Selecting the DHL integration
Follow these steps:
- Enter the Default trading name
- Select Carrier Integration
- Click on "Connect"
Select the Carrier Integration
Enter Carrier Credentials
You must enter the following:
- Name
- Username
- Password
- Shipper Account Number
Optionally add the following to allow shipping, duties and taxes to be split between 2 different DHL accounts (Shipper/Billing):

7.City
8. Postcode
9. Country Code
10. EORI
11. Billing Account Number
12. Shipment Type
13. Phone Number
14. Trader Type
15. Importer/Exporter
16. VAT
Click on Connect to finish the carrier integration.
