Getting Yodel Credentials

Canary7 Royal Mail Click & Drop Integration requires Credentials from Yodel. To obtain these, please contact your Yodel sales representative via email and ask for Yodel API credentials for the Yodel API Platform XML Interface, which includes:

  • Identity
  • Password
  • Account ID

Adding a Yodel Carrier Integration

Within Carrier, click on the Red Action Buttonred action button, this will bring up a drop-down menu, and select "Add"

Selecting the Yodel integration

Follow these steps:

  1. Enter the Default trading name
  2. Select Carrier Integration
  3. Click on "Connect"

Select the Carrier Integration

Enter Carrier Credentials

 Enter the following:

  1. Integration name
  2. Identity
  3. Password
  4. Account ID

Click on Connect to finish the carrier integration.
