    Shipments

    Shipments are created on Acumatica and status will be 'Open'

    Open Shipments are imported into Canary7; these can be searched in 'Shipping Enquiry'.

    Refer to Shipping category for steps during outbound process. https://help.canary7.com/docs/adding-a-shipment 

    When outbound process is complete and shipment status is 'Closed' in Canary7. On Acumatica, the Shipped Quantity will update and shipment status will be 'Confirmed'.
