Understanding Putaway Job Execution

What is Putaway Job Execution

This Job Execution is used after the product has been checked in at Receiving, and now the putaway team needs to put the product into storage. The idea is that this will be used simultaneously as the physical process.

Accessing Putaway Job Execution

Within the Navigation menu, click on the search bar, type ''Putaway Job Execution'' and click "Putaway Job Execution ". Putaway Job Execution is also in Receiving > Putaway Job Execution.

How to use Putaway Job Execution

Selecting a Putaway Profile

Click on the Putaway Profile drop-down menu. The correct profile must be selected so the product will be Putaway correctly. Adding a Putaway Profile

Standard Picking

To use Standard Picking, the following fields are required:

1. Enter the Check digit of the location.
2. Verify the Item by entering or scanning the Item Number.
3. Enter the Quantity of the Item.
4. Enter or Scan the Container Number.

Click on the next button  to complete the picking job.

Cluster Picking

Entering Required Fields

To use Cluster Picking, the following fields are required:

1. Scan or Enter the Container Number
2. Verify the Item by entering or scanning the Item No and its quantity these must match what's shown on the screen.
3. The Check digit of the location where the product is Collected
4. The Check digit of the location where the product is Putaway, if allowed, you can edit the location of the putaway by clicking on this icon  depending on the profile, this may not be available.
5. Number of Pieces, if none, leave at 0.

Double-check that the data has been entered correctly, and now click the Execute button to complete the putaway.
